Currently working on her<br>first novel, Amy brings to life characters shaped by the weight of their pasts, focusing on<br>themes of childhood trauma, vengeance, and redemption.<br><br>When she\u2019s not writing, Amy works as a personal trainer and powerlifter in Panama.<br>She previously worked as a librarian but left the profession when she discovered her<br>true passion for weightlifting. Amy applies the same discipline and focus to her athletic<br>pursuits as she does to her writing, finding inspiration in the strength required to<br>overcome both physical and emotional challenges.<br><br>In her role as a personal trainer, Amy helps others reach their fitness goals while<br>pushing herself to new heights in the world of powerlifting. The discipline and focus<br>required echo her approach to writing, where she tackles each new story with the same<br>intensity she brings to her training.
